What to expect during a reflexology session?

  • Fully clothed with your shoes off
  • Relax while laying on a massage table
  • Pressure applied to the feet and movement of the feet
  • May experience areas of tenderness which disappear when worked
  • After the session you should feel relaxed or energized and tend to have improved mobility and a reduction of pain
